Hello From Chris Burch

Hi! I'm Chris Burch. I am the developer and maintainer of Green Southern Maryland. I am a Computer Engineer and work at PAX River. I hope you find Green Southern Maryland a valuable resource as it grows to incorporate everything green in our Southern Maryland region. My wife and I have always loved the outdoors and have been commited to learning to live in an environmentally responsible way. Following that passion, in 2006 we launched an online store, Mild Euphoria - The Eco-Friendly Marketplace, where we sell environmentally and socially responsible gifts and goods. In March 2007, we launched Green Southern Maryland to serve as a portal to guide people to all the news, events, organizations and businesses working toward a Greener Southern Maryland. And what a fine ride it has been. Through Green Southern Maryland, I have been so fortunate to meet many great people working very hard to impact change in our area and I look forward to meeting many more.
